About Us

This Holiday Home is located 50 meters from the impressive coast of Vrachos (right next to it there is the beach of Loutsa) which stretches into six endless kilometers of golden sand. Infrastructures are excellent for tourists, as there are super markets, restaurants, taverns and cafes.

Vrachos is one of the most impressive Preveza’s beaches. It is the perfect place to spend your holiday, as the settlement provides all the amenities to travelers who want to wake up in the morning, get out of the room and be in front of the sea.

This detached holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with three sofas - one of which is a semi-double bed - a dining room, two bedrooms with king-size beds and two bathrooms.The kitchen and lounge balcony overlooks the sea while the bedrooms are located on the back of the house where the plane trees offer natural coolness.

The accommodation offers air-condition units, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a toaster and a fridge. Towels and bed linen are provided at Chita's House.

The holiday home includes free private parking, as well as free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
